Why I’m building this.
I’ve spent the last year watching SEA property agents work. The pattern is the same in Singapore, Taipei, Hong Kong, and KL: agents do a year of quiet, valuable work — coordinating repairs, mediating disputes, fielding 11pm WhatsApp messages — and then have to argue for their renewal commission like they didn’t earn it.
The tools they use don’t help them tell that story. CRMs are built for pre-deal lead capture. Property management software is built for landlords with 50+ units. WhatsApp and Excel fill the gap by default — and lose every time the gap matters.
Zurently is the tool I wish existed when I first watched a friend’s renewal commission get contested over a missing inspection record. We’re starting in Singapore, expanding to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia next.

Does Zurently replace my CRM?
No. We're explicitly post-deal. Keep using Privyr, Zoho, or whatever captures your leads — Zurently picks up after the tenancy is signed and the work begins.
What about Privyr or another CRM?
Use both. Privyr is excellent at pre-deal speed and WhatsApp lead capture. Zurently runs the 24 months after signing. They're complementary, not competing.
Can I white-label this for my landlord clients?
Yes — Solo and Power tiers let you brand the landlord portal with your logo, colors, and agency name. Team tier adds white-label subdomain support.
How does the handover pack work?
One click on a lease generates a PDF: cover page in your branding, full chronological timeline of events, embedded photos with timestamps, deduction worksheet if applicable. Format is locale-aware — SCT-ready for Singapore, court-ready for TW/HK/MY.
Is my landlord-client data private?
Yes. Each agent’s data is isolated at the database level via row-level security. Landlords only see what you choose to share via the portal. No data is shared between agents.
I work across multiple markets — does that work?
Yes. Each property formats in its own market's locale (currency, dates, country). A SG agent managing a HK property generates HK-formatted handover packs for that specific lease.
When does CEA / EAA / BOVAEP integration go live?
Singapore CEA agent verification is live now. Hong Kong EAA and Malaysia BOVAEP are on the 2026 roadmap. Taiwan license verification follows.
How do I cancel?
